As evidence, 2011 results of a biennial independent survey by Chatham Partners indicated Clark Consulting earned an 81 percent "Overall Satisfaction" rating by the large-market financial institution client respondents.  Additionally, Clark Consulting's "loyal" clients increased to 72 percent from 57 percent.
