All companies change and evolve over time, and Clark Consulting is no exception. In December 2010, it was announced that Clark Consulting's corporate and community bank operations in Dallas, Texas would begin the process of winding down. The following message clarifies:

Clark Consulting has undergone significant changes in the past few years, with the clear desire to respond effectively to business conditions and to improve service to clients. This response demands rigorous focus and the ability to make hard choices.

Going forward, Clark Consulting will concentrate the entire company on our major financial institution clients and their individualized needs for tailored Business-Owned Life Insurance (BOLI) programs. As of January 2012, Clark Consulting is the provider for $38 billion in BOLI assets, with 185,000 policies in force and approximately 150 banking clients, making the major financial institution market the clear choice for our focus.

We will continue to actively support our National Service Center in Greensboro, North Carolina, a busy hub of activity zeroed in on a single focus — to help our major financial institution clients reach their goals and manage their benefit liabilities through BOLI programs. During 2012 Clark Consulting will wind-down our Dallas operations, which have historically been devoted to the corporate and community bank markets.
